LBCC’s Benton Center on the Corvallis campus will feature live music on Friday, Nov 1. The band Tin Can Alley will be performing for free from 12-1 p.m in the center’s student lounge in an “acoustic showcase.”
Advertised as “music from a bygone era,” Tin Can Alley performs swing and jazz inspired by New Orleans music, with an added “West Coast twist.”
“This is a fun and free hour of music you won’t want to miss!” reads the event poster.
This is the 20th year of the Acoustic Showcase. Last school year, it hosted bands such as Arlene, The Wrygrass Wranglers, and Tom & Ellen Demarest.
The event will be open to the public.
