Roadrunner Rundown: Nov. 18

Welcome to another edition of the Roadrunner Rundown, your weekly guide to what’s happening around LBCC! Whether you’re looking for exciting campus events, important updates, or new opportunities to get involved, we’ve got you covered.

This holiday season, the LBCC Foundation invites you to support students in need through the Student Hope Tree, located in the Foundation Office (CC-107). Each tag on the tree represents a student or family from the STEP or JOBS programs, which assist students in overcoming barriers while they pursue education and career goals. Tags include family size and a requested gift card type, with a suggested range of $25–$50 per family member.

To participate, pick up a tag, purchase the requested gift card, and return it to the Foundation Office by Dec. 6. As a thank-you, you’ll receive a handcrafted ornament made by LBCC’s machine tool students. Join us in making the holidays brighter for our Roadrunner community — stop by today and make a difference!
