The Family Resources and Education Department is hosting the Early Educators Back to School Conference at Linn-Benton’s Albany campus from Aug. 20-22.
Usually, that wouldn’t mean much for Linn-Benton students. However, three local food trucks will be on campus for that time. They will be open to the public.
The food trucks will be La China (authentic Hidalgo snacks), N’Reener’s (New York style sandwiches), and Weekend Coffee Roasters.
The trucks provide additional dining options for summer term students just ahead of finals.
