LB Culinary Students Serve Taco Lunches in New Food Truck

For their final exam, culinary students served up lunch they created to LB faculty and staff from the culinary department’s new food truck on Monday, June 12, in the CTE courtyard. The food truck will be fully operational by fall term, so expect to start seeing it around.
