I’m not a big Katherine Heigl fan either. She disowned her role in Knocked Up as a “shrew”, but that role is more the model of the independent, responsible woman; while her other roles would represent the “shrew” type. In fact, Knocked Up is the only role that has a positive Rotten Tomatoes rating; and that’s the role she disowned. This makes no sense to me.

I read this, after I saw Jennifer’s commets in her review of the book, Portrait of Jennie, curious, I went to the web on Jennifer, this is good, I had long ago read, a personality was formed by around the age of 5, 3 surprised me. And I wondered at Dianne’s name and relationship. Now I know, beautiful woman, beautiful mom. Good mind. Minds.

Matt, I just wanted to clarify your reference to the ForeignAssistance website cited in your article. The website currently only displays request and appropriation data for the Department of State and USAID at the country level and MCC obligation and disbursement data. While the site does show $3B for Afghanistan in ’09, that’s only the appropriation number and not what was actually disbursed, so your comparison to the Census’ information is inaccurate. For more information on the data that is displayed on the site, please read the Top 10 page, http://www.foreignassistance.gov/AboutTop10Things.aspx, specifically items 3 and 7.
