LB Employees Share the Burden of Budget Cuts
As part of what president Greg Hamann calls a “proportionally shared solution,” LBCC staff members took a voluntary pay cut that went into effect Jan. 1. The concessions are in the wake of a string of maneuvers LBCC is using to fill a $2.6 million gap in the college’s budget, including a $7 per credit tuition increase for students, and campus-wide expense reductions.
