| Justin Bolger, editor-in-chief, is entering his second year with The Commuter. He’s majoring in Journalism and Mass Communications in hopes of someday becoming an investigative journalist. In his spare time, Justin likes to pursue pleasantly nerdy endeavors.

| Ashley Christie is our friendly neighborhood Paginator (aka Page Designer and Prettifier). She enjoys candlelit dinners and long moonlit strolls on the — Whoops! Wrong profile! She grew up in Albany, OR and spent some time in Connecticut too. Now she’s back and when she’s not hard at work on The Commuter she’s probably off somewhere watching a movie. She loves movies; the good ones, the not-so-good ones, and the really horrible ones. And the best advice she can give you is to never get involved in a land war in Asia.

| After watching her parents murdered by a mugger in a back alley, Marci Sischo grew up vowing to become the world’s greatest detec — wait, that’s Batman. Theorizing that one could time travel within her own lifetime, Marci Sischo stepped into the Quantum Leap accelerator and vanished — no, no. That’s Dr. Sam Beckett. Drat. Marci Sischo grew up in northern Michigan, and moved to Oregon last year. Yes! She’s pursuing a journalism degree at LBCC, managing The Commuter’s new website, and in her dwindling spare time, she’s writing an urban fantasy novel with the love of her life, James.

| Adam LaMascus was born and raised just north of Los Angeles, and attended St. Francis High School, graduating in 2007. He’s been living in Corvallis for a little over two years now. He’s a history major with plans to transfer to OSU. In his free time, Adam enjoys playing video/board/roleplaying games, reading, watching movies, archery, writing fiction, and fighting with swords while dressed in armor.
